To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the performance of academic and administrative activities.
To promote quality culture in teacher education through internalization of best practices and institutional values.
To ensure enhancement and coordination of quality-related activities across all departments and stakeholders.
To prepare the institution for accreditation and quality audits by maintaining systematic documentation and evidence-based practices.
To encourage innovation and excellence in teaching, learning, and evaluation processes aligned with NCTE and NAAC standards.
Functions of IQAC Committee:

Academic Quality	– Monitor curriculum delivery and learning outcomes – Promote ICT integration and experiential learning – Encourage faculty development and pedagogical innovation
Administrative Efficiency	– Streamline institutional processes and governance – Maintain records and reports for transparency – Facilitate internal and external audits
Student Support	– Collect and analyze student feedback – Promote inclusive practices and learner-centric approaches – Organize skill development and career guidance programs
Research & Extension	– Encourage faculty and student research – Organize seminars, workshops, and outreach activities – Collaborate with schools and educational bodies
Documentation & Reporting	– Prepare Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQAR) – Maintain Self-Study Reports (SSR) for NAAC – Archive minutes of meetings and action taken reports
Quality Benchmarking	– Identify and institutionalize best practices – Conduct internal quality assessments – Benchmark performance with peer institutions
Stakeholder Engagement	– Facilitate interaction with alumni, parents, and community – Promote participatory decision-making – Address grievances and suggestions constructively
